Coaching for the people who run the business.
The leader of operations, whatever the title, COO, VP of Operations, President, integrator, and the owner-operator CEO carrying it all. Not wellness, not theory. Operator judgment from someone who has actually sat in the seat.
Lead yourself. Lead others. Lead the business.
Every engagement follows the same arc. We start with you, move to the people you lead, and end with the business running on more than your effort. Same operator judgment I earned in the seat, aimed now at you and your team.
Executive coaching
For the leader of operations, whatever the title, and the owner-operator CEO
Private, direct, and scoped to what you’re carrying right now. We work the arc above at your pace, with someone who has actually run operations and knows the weight of it.
- One-on-one, fully confidential
- Built for the person the business actually runs on
- Operator judgment, not generic advice
- Named frameworks you’ll use, from feedback to prioritization
Scoped to you
Shaped on a call, so it fits where you are.

For a company’s own leadership team, especially through growth or change
I work privately with your team to sharpen how you lead, decide, and hold each other accountable. Not a room of strangers, your people, pulling in the same direction.
- Your intact leadership team
- Trust, feedback, and accountability that hold
- Aligned to where the business is headed
Scoped to your team
Shaped to the team you have.
Let’s talkYou’re the one it all runs through.
COO, VP of Operations, President, integrator, the title changes but the seat doesn’t. You’re the one who makes the vision real, carrying operations, the team, and the relationship with the person at the top, usually with nobody to think out loud with. No one hands you a manual for this seat. I’ve sat in it, and I know both the weight and the isolation of it.
Start a conversation- You stop being the bottleneck and start leading through your team
- You get someone in your corner who has actually done the job, not a theorist
- You and the CEO move as a team, instead of you running behind the vision
- You trust your own judgment again, instead of second-guessing it at 2am
When I was in the seat, this is the work that took turnover from 32% to 8% and helped scale a company from $8M to $40M in four years. That was leadership, not a systems fix.
You built it. Now it can’t run without you.
You started it, you still run operations, and that’s exactly the bind. Every decision routes back to you, growth just means more on your plate, and stepping back feels impossible because no one else can do it yet. That’s not a you problem. It’s a leadership-and-systems problem, and it’s fixable.
Start a conversation- You get out of the day-to-day and back to the work only you can do
- Your leaders actually lead, instead of checking with you first
- The business stops depending on you being in every room
- You can finally step back without everything wobbling
I’ve helped owner-operators hand off the day-to-day without losing a step, so the business kept scaling while they got their time, and their real job, back.
Good questions, straight answers.
Who is this coaching really for?
The leader of operations, whatever the title, COO, VP of Operations, President, integrator, and the owner-operator CEO carrying it all. If you’re carrying more than you should and have no one to think it through with, this is for you.
What does coaching with you actually look like?
One-on-one, usually 90-minute sessions twice a month over six to twelve months, with an assessment up front and support in between. We follow a simple arc: lead yourself, lead others, lead the business.
Is coaching for me, or for my whole team?
Either. I coach individual leaders one-on-one, and I also work privately with an intact leadership team inside one company to sharpen how they lead, decide, and hold each other accountable.
How do we start?
With a discovery call. No pressure and no pitch, just a real conversation about where you are and whether I’m the right person to help.
Let’s talk about the seat you’re in.
Tell me what you’re carrying right now. We’ll start with a discovery call and figure out whether I’m the right person to help you carry it.
